ABB is seeking a Training & Capability Development Specialist for US ELSE Commercial Operations. You will build and execute a comprehensive learning strategy to support business transformation and workforce development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
5+ years in learning & development, instructional design, training, or organizational capability building.
Strong skills in facilitation, content development, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience creating professional training materials and documentation.
Ability to translate complex processes and systems into clear, effective learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of training and capability-building initiatives aligned with business transformation goals.
Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
Create training materials, job aids, assessments, and SOPs to support employee success.
Partner with leaders and SMEs to translate processes into learning solutions.
Maintain training content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Monitor training participation, compliance, and effectiveness using metrics.
