ABB is seeking a Training & Capability Development Specialist for US ELSE Commercial Operations. You will design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy to support business transformation and workforce development.

You will partner with leaders to translate processes into effective learning solutions, develop SOPs, onboarding programs, and ensure training effectiveness across the organization. This role builds organizational capability and accelerates employee growth in a dynamic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years in learning & development, instructional design, or related.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to create training materials.
Ability to translate complex processes into clear learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of training initiatives aligned with business goals.
Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced programs.
Create training materials, SOPs, job aids, and assessments.
Partner with leaders to translate processes into effective learning solutions.
Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and documentation.
Manage onboarding, upskilling, and role-based development programs.
Coordinate training schedules and communications across the org.
Maintain LMS content and resources.
Measure training participation, compliance, and effectiveness.
Foster a culture of continuous learning across US ELSE Services.
