ABB Inc. is seeking a Training & Capability Development Specialist to build and execute a comprehensive learning strategy across US ELSE Commercial Operations. You will partner with leaders to design engaging programs that empower employees, drive transformation, and improve performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years in learning & development, instructional design, training, or organizational capability building.
Strong facilitation and content development skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to produce professional training materials.
Ability to translate complex processes into clear learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of training and capability-building initiatives aligned with transformation goals.
Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced programs.
Create training materials, job aids, assessments, and SOPs to support employee success.
Partner with leaders and SMEs to translate processes into learning solutions.
Coordinate onboarding, upskilling, and role-based development programs.
Maintain LMS content and resources; monitor participation and effectiveness.
