Job summary

Sarnova HC, LLC is seeking a Learning & Development Architect to partner with management, align learning with business goals, and drive enterprise-wide learning solutions. You will analyze needs, design and implement programs, and evaluate outcomes to improve employee performance and organizational results.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a learning and development role within a corporate environment.
• Proven ability with program management, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation.
• Proficient in delivering learning experiences across virtual, in-person, and blended formats.
• Proficient in instructional design methodologies including adult learning theories.
• Experience creating learning materials for instructor-led, web-based, and eLearning delivery.
• Proven proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and designing e-learning courses.
• Proficient in data analysis and data reporting, including Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Applies instructional systems approach to curriculum design, redesign and development.
• Conducts instructional design phases and activities for learning solutions.
• Analyzes learning needs using needs assessments.
• Applies adult learning principles to design and development of solutions.
• Designs and develops instructor-led and online courses and job aids.
• Maintains standards for all learning solutions.
• Evaluates training programs through assessments and surveys; analyzes impact on performance.
• Audits curricula for timely updates; participates in cross-functional teams.
• Interprets adult learning theory and adapts techniques for learning transfer.
• Facilitates learning content virtually, in-person, or in hybrid formats.
• Sets training calendars, coordinates logistics, tracks attendance, and evaluates effectiveness.
• Develops data and reporting to demonstrate learning impact on business results.
• Administers the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Develops and maintains course catalogs and learning paths.
• Responds to learning-related help tickets.
