Job summary

Sanitas is expanding across the United States and seeks a Learning and Knowledge Manager to design and drive enterprise learning strategies, onboarding programs, and governance of knowledge assets. You will collaborate with Operations, HR, Clinical, Finance, Compliance, IT, and other support functions to close capability gaps and standardize learning resources.

Qualifications

• Advanced English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience leading enterprise or cross-functional learning initiatives.
• Experience with onboarding program design and execution.
• Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.

• Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
