Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Learning & Development Partner based in the United States to shape scalable learning strategies that drive performance, leadership, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will design and implement programs with HR, Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams; measure impact with analytics; and advance onboarding, leadership development, mentoring, and succession planning to grow internal talent.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling learning programs that align with business objectives
• Familiarity with sales enablement, onboarding, and leadership development

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable L&D strategy aligned with business growth and transformation
• Identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions with HR and cross-functional partners
• Lead technical, product, and soft-skills training initiatives and onboarding programs
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams to improve productivity and revenue outcomes
• Build and maintain competency-based frameworks to support role-specific expertise
• Measure program effectiveness using analytics and continuously improve workforce readiness
• Support leadership development, mentoring, and succession planning initiatives
