Job summary

You will build and deploy integrated learning strategies, curate high-impact materials, and oversee other specialists while facilitating sessions and reporting outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Business or HR; master's preferred.
• Minimum of seven years in workplace learning roles.
• Experience interacting with executives and facilitating executive-level meetings.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for audiences at all levels of business.
• Ability to drive organizational change and create momentum.
• Strong business acumen and judgment within defined procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with leaders to understand needs and address performance gaps.
• Analyze business needs and determine learning solutions to address them.
• Define, create, and manage enterprise learning strategies and programs.
• Create and curate high-quality learning materials; oversee other learning specialists.
• Schedule, prepare, and facilitate virtual and classroom sessions.
• Evaluate learning program effectiveness and measure outcomes.
• Plan for organization readiness and deployment of strategy elements.
• Lead project and program management efforts across initiatives.
