Job summary

HomeServe USA is seeking a Learning Partner to serve as a strategic learning consultant, aligning learning initiatives with business goals and the L&D strategy. You will assess needs, design engaging solutions, and lead programs using AI-powered tools to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

The role requires partnering with leaders, managing programs end-to-end, and delivering varied learning experiences across audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, HR, Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, OL, or related field.
• Experience consulting with business leaders to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
• Experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating programs for diverse corporate audiences.
• Experience managing learning initiatives from needs assessment through implementation.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and learning technologies.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify learning needs and recommend solutions.
• Lead design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning programs.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
• Create and maintain learning content and facilitator guides using instructional design principles.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content reflects current practices and policies.
• Manage learning initiatives from planning through implementation and follow-up.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using feedback and data to drive business impact.
• Support the Learning Management System and learner support.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance content and delivery.
