ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to coordinate enterprise learning programs, manage vendor relationships, and support content development. You will prepare facilitators, develop materials, and utilize learning technologies to deliver high-quality learner experiences.

The role emphasizes strong organization, data-driven improvement, and effective collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Proactive team member with attention to detail and urgency to drive results.
• Experience sourcing, vetting, and managing vendors for events.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and push back when needed.
• Strong analytical skills and clear communication, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with project management, stakeholder management, and results tracking.
• Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented when problems arise.
• Experience with event management or project management.
• Experience with LMS preferred.
• Public speaking or facilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise learning programs from planning through completion, managing timelines, logistics, communications and documentation.
• Support training events by coordinating vendors and internal partners, managing rosters and materials, and resolving issues.
• Prepare facilitators with agendas, materials, technology, talking points and delivery resources.
• Create and refine learning materials including slides, handouts, communications, worksheets and job aids.
• Facilitate content and activities in a clear, engaging way.
• Build relationships across teams to coordinate priorities and ensure a consistent learner experience.
• Use LMS and related tools to manage enrollments, learner records, reporting and program administration.
• Analyze learner and program data to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends and inform recommendations.
• Improve program processes, tools, content and communications while documenting repeatable practices.
• Leverage AI tools, Articulate, and other learning technologies to enhance engaging and efficient learning experiences.
