Job summary

Sotera Health Company seeks a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to shape a high-impact learning strategy across the organization. This leader designs scalable programs and curates a comprehensive curriculum to strengthen leadership capabilities and frontline skills.

You will partner with business stakeholders, HR, and senior leadership to ensure programs align with strategic goals, with governance and ROI measurement driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
• Proven track record building and scaling learning strategies.
• Strong expertise in leadership development and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Build a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
• Design scalable L&D processes, governance, and frameworks.
• Develop annual and quarterly learning strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Define success metrics and ROI for learning programs.
• Oversee learning technologies (LMS/LXP) and vendor partnerships.
• Curate a comprehensive, role-based learning curriculum across the organization.
• Create leadership development programs for all levels.
• Partner with HR and executive leadership on succession planning and talent development strategies.
