Job summary

Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Business Partner to drive strategic leader and team development across the organization. This role sits on the Leadership Development team and focuses on diagnosing, designing, and delivering bespoke development experiences that align with business outcomes.

You will coach executives, share enterprise insights, and connect leaders to a broader People Development ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in leadership development or organizational effectiveness.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership development function.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) — credentialed coaching role.
• Mastery of diagnosis tools: 360 design/debrief, team assessments, organizational analysis.
• Experience designing bespoke interventions for executive leaders and leadership teams grounded in data.
• Experience in complex, technical, multicultural, and globally distributed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis and business outcomes.
• Coaching executive leaders with ICF-credentialed methodology (1:1 coaching).
• Share insights across Meta using rotational deployment and enterprise-wide perspective.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver leader and team engagements with candor and trust.
• Connect leaders to the People Development ecosystem to ensure linked, ongoing development.
• Support organizational and work environment transformation during large-scale change, including AI transformations.
• Stay updated on emerging practices in leadership, team dynamics, and organizational health.
