• 12+ years of professional experience in leadership development or organizational effectiveness.
• 5+ years in learning and development or leadership development functions.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
• Demonstrated mastery of diagnosis techniques (360s, assessments, interviews).
• Experience designing bespoke executive development for leaders and teams.
• Experience in complex, global, multicultural organizations.
• Proven partnerships with business leaders and HR partners.

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver high‑impact leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis.
• Provide 1:1 executive coaching with ICF credentials.
• Share insights across Meta using the rotational deployment model.
