This role sits on the Leadership Development team and focuses on strategic executive and team interventions, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to unlock organizational impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional leadership development experience.
• 5+ years in learning & development or leadership development functions.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) required.
• Demonstrated mastery in diagnosis and organizational analysis.
• Experience designing bespoke interventions for executives and teams.
• Experience in complex, global organizations and working with business leaders and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis.
• Coach executive leaders using ICF-credentialed methodology (1:1 coaching).
• Share enterprise-wide insights across Meta and transfer best practices.
• Partner with HR Business Partners on intake, scoping, and alignment.
• Connect leaders to the People Development ecosystem (exec dev, coaching, growth programs).
• Support organizational transformation and lead through disruption with change management expertise.
• Stay at the cutting edge with research and AI-related leadership practices.
