Job summary

Meta is hiring a Leadership Development Business Partner on the Leadership Development team. The role focuses on team development, coaching, and partnering with HR and business leaders to scale leadership capability and organizational health.

The position requires senior-level expertise in diagnosing leadership effectiveness, designing bespoke interventions, and coaching executives using ICF methods. It emphasizes cross-team collaboration and driving business impact through development at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in leadership development or organizational effectiveness.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership development.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) required for this role.
• Mastery of leader and team diagnosis (360 design/debrief, etc.).
• Experience designing bespoke development experiences grounded in data.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis and business outcomes.
• Coach executive leaders using ICF-credentialed methodology (1:1 coaching).
• Share insights across Meta via rotational deployment to inform other teams.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver leader and team engagements.
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem (exec dev, coaching, growth programs).
• Support organizational change initiatives (reorgs, strategy shifts, AI transformation).
• Stay current with research and emerging practices in leadership and organizational health.
