Job summary

Meta in New Jersey seeks a Leadership Development Business Partner on the Leadership Development team to advance team coaching and leadership growth at scale across the company.

You will diagnose organizational challenges, design bespoke interventions, coach executives, and partner with HR to align development with business goals across globally distributed teams, including AI-driven transformation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional leadership development experience.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership development function.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) — credentialed coaching role.
• Demonstrated mastery of leader and team diagnosis, including 360 design/debrief, team assessment, and organizational analysis.
• Expertise in designing and facilitating high-impact development experiences for executive leaders and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level.
• Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions.
• Coach executive leaders using ICF-credentialed methodology.
• Serve as cross-company intelligence and share insights across Meta.
• Build trusted partnerships with HR Business Partners to deliver leader and team engagements.
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem.
• Support organizational and work environment transformation during large-scale change.
• Stay at the cutting edge of leadership development and AI reshaping leadership.
