Job summary

Meta's People Development team seeks a Leadership Development Business Partner to advance team and leadership capabilities at scale. You will diagnose leadership effectiveness, design bespoke interventions, and coach executives, working closely with HR and business leaders to enable durable organizational impact.

Based on a rotation model, you will share insights across Meta, support major change initiatives including AI transformation, and connect leaders to the full development ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership development functions.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) is required for this coaching role.
• Experience diagnosing leadership and team effectiveness using 360s, interviews, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate bespoke development experiences grounded in data.
• Experience in complex, global, technical, multicultural organizations.
• Strong partnerships with business leaders and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level with evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions aligned to business outcomes.
• Provide 1:1 coaching to executives using ICF-aligned methodologies.
• Share insights across Meta using an enterprise-wide perspective.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to scope and align interventions.
• Connect leaders to the People Development ecosystem.
• Support organization-wide change initiatives and AI transformation.
• Stay current with research and emerging practices in leadership today.
