Job summary

Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Business Partner on the Leadership Development team in Austin. You will diagnose leadership and team dynamics, design bespoke interventions, and provide ICF-aligned coaching to executives.

You’ll collaborate across HR and business leaders to scale leader development and navigate AI-driven transformations. You’ll bring 12+ years in leadership development, a credential (ACC/PCC/MCC), and a track record of partnering with senior leaders in complex, global

Qualifications

• 12+ years in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership function.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
• Mastery of leader and team diagnosis using 360, interviews, and analytics.
• Expertise designing bespoke interventions for executive leaders and teams.
• Experience in large, complex, multicultural, globally distributed orgs.
• Proven partnerships with business leaders and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level with evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver high-impact leadership and team interventions grounded in diagnosis.
• Provide 1:1 executive coaching using ICF framework and evidence-based approaches.
• Share patterns and insights across Meta using rotational deployment model.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to scope and align engagements with candor and trust.
• Serve as a front door to exec development experiences and growth programs.
• Support large-scale organizational change with leadership capability development.
• Integrate cutting-edge research and AI perspectives into leadership practice.
