Job summary

Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Business Partner to drive strategic leader and team development across the company. The role sits on the Leadership Development team, partnering with HR and business leaders to diagnose, design, and deliver bespoke interventions that align with business outcomes and organizational objectives.

You will coach executives, share patterns across Meta, and connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or related field
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership development function
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) — credentialed coaching role
• Demonstrated mastery of leader and team diagnosis (360 design/debrief, team assessment, organizational analysis)
• Expertise in designing and facilitating high-impact development experiences for executive leaders and teams
• Experience in complex, technical, multicultural, globally distributed organizations at scale
• Track record building trusted partnerships with business leaders and HR partners, taking initiative and seeking feedback

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods
• Design and deliver bespoke development experiences grounded in diagnosis and connected to business outcomes
• Provide 1:1 coaching with ICF-based methodology for executives
• Share insights across Meta through a rotational deployment model and enterprise-wide perspective
• Build trusted partnerships with HR Business Partners for intake, scoping, and alignment
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem and ensure development is part of a connected system
• Support organizational changes, AI transformation, and change management beyond processes
• Stay current on leadership research and AI's impact on leadership and organizational design
