Job summary

Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Designer & Business Partner to craft bespoke development experiences for senior leaders and teams. You will diagnose organizational needs, design scalable journeys, and partner with HR and business leaders to drive measurable impact.

You'll own the end-to-end design lifecycle—from discovery through prototyping, piloting, and iteration—while applying evidence-based methods and ethical AI practices to leadership development at scale.

Qualifications

• 8 years of professional experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or learning experience design.
• 5 years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership-design roles.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) required.
• Experience designing leadership-development solutions from discovery through launch.
• Experience applying adult-development, learning-design, design-thinking, or product-design methods to complex challenges.
• Expertise leading diagnostics including 360 design and debrief, assessments, and organizational analysis.
• Experience facilitating high-impact development experiences for senior leaders and teams.
• Ability to influence strategy across organizational boundaries and collaborate with HR.
• Experience in complex, multicultural, globally distributed organizations.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with business leaders and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design bespoke interventions for priority leaders and teams, grounded in diagnosis and linked to business outcomes.
• Create scalable leadership-development solutions: journeys, tools, playbooks, resources.
• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery to iteration with cross-functional collaboration.
• Shape strategy and direction across the leadership-development system beyond a single program.
• Deliver high-stakes leadership experiences and 1:1 executive coaching with ICF techniques.
• Share insights across business groups to transfer effective practices enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on intake, scoping, and alignment.
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem for ongoing growth.
• Support organizational transformation including AI initiatives and leadership capabilities.
• Advance the craft with research and external perspectives on leadership-development design.
