Job summary

Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Designer & Business Partner to diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at scale, design bespoke interventions, and translate insights into scalable programs that align with business outcomes.

The role partners with HR and business leaders, leads end-to-end design lifecycle, coaches executives, and helps Meta navigate AI-driven transformation while advancing leadership capability across manager and director populations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in leadership development or related field.
• 5+ years in L&D/OD/leadership-development function.
• ICF credential ACC, PCC, or MCC.
• Experience designing leadership-development solutions from discovery through launch.
• Experience applying adult development, learning-design, design-thinking, or product-design methods.
• Mastery of leader and team diagnosis including 360 design and debrief.
• Expertise facilitating high-impact development experiences for senior leaders.
• Track record creating programs, journeys, tools, or other solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Experience independently leading ambiguous, high-impact work across org boundaries and influencing strategy.
• Experience in complex, multicultural, globally distributed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level and translate into development strategies.
• Design bespoke leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis and aligned to business outcomes.
• Create scalable leadership-development solutions across manager and director levels.
• Own end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery to iteration with cross‑functional partners.
• Shape strategy and direction across the leadership-development system and influence priorities.
• Facilitate and coach with credibility, including ICF-credentialed coaching.
• Share insights enterprise-wide and transfer effective practices across business groups.
• Build trusted partnerships with HR leaders and business leaders on intake and alignment.
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem and ensure integration.
