Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Leadership Development Lead to design, develop, and implement enterprise leadership development strategies and experiences. You will strengthen the leadership pipeline for first-line managers through senior leaders, partnering with HR and business leaders to translate needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in talent management, leadership development, organizational development, HR, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience designing and implementing leadership-development programs, at scale.
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical talent-development initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience with leadership competency models, high-potential talent programs, or individual development plans.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior executives.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise leadership development strategies and experiences.
• Partner with business leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders to identify leadership capabilities and translate needs into solutions.
• Develop curricula and learning experiences for first-line managers to senior leaders and high-potential talent.
• Integrate mentoring, coaching, action learning, simulations, and on-the-job experiences into programs.
• Establish metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and business impact, and present insights to senior leadership.
