The role focuses on high-potential identification, development, and engagement initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities include leading talent reviews, creating structured development experiences, and partnering with executives to drive strategic organizational change and analytics to guide leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• At least 9 years related experience in learning and development, organizational development, instructional design, training, or a related field, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives in large, complex organizations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect business strategy to practical talent solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills across executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement organizational development initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Lead talent review processes and succession planning efforts with senior leadership.
• Drive top-talent development initiatives and leadership development programs.
• Analyze talent, leadership, engagement, and performance metrics to inform decisions.
• Facilitate organizational design, change initiatives, and leadership coaching sessions.
• Create and maintain leadership assessments and development plans.
