Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, talent development, or organizational development.
• Experience designing and implementing talent or leadership development programs.
• Experience supporting talent reviews and succession planning.
• Strong partnering with business leaders and HR professionals.
• Experience facilitating programs and discussions with leaders and employees.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with priorities and growth.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify leadership needs and gaps.
• Build scalable talent practices across functions and levels.
• Translate priorities into actionable development programs and initiatives.
• Evaluate and improve existing talent programs based on outcomes and feedback.
• Oversee leadership development sessions, coaching, and mentoring programs.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Establish measures and analytics for program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR to align development with recruiting and workforce planning.
