Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Leadership Development to design and drive the enterprise leadership strategy, building ready-now and future-ready leaders across the organization. This role blends strategic direction with hands-on delivery.

You will guide the leadership pipeline, collaborate with HRBPs and executives, and integrate development into the broader talent ecosystem, ensuring measurable impact and alignment with succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in leadership or talent development, with enterprise scope.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Experience facilitating for senior executives and directors.
• Ability to link leadership development with succession, mobility, and talent review.
• Strong instructional design, measurement, and impact evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains enterprise leadership strategy, vision, and governance.
• Translates transformation priorities into a focused development agenda.
• Partner with Strategic Workforce Planning to align development with succession and BTR.
• Oversees vendors, coaching partners, and learning technologies, including AI coaching.
• Lead a team of ~5, driving execution of leadership programming at scale.
• Facilitate high-stakes learning experiences for executives and leaders.
