Job summary

The role blends strategic direction with hands-on execution, partnering with senior executives and the Strategic Workforce Planning team to align development with succession and talent reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in leadership development or related field in large enterprises.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience leading a team of 5.
• Experience facilitating for senior executives and directors.
• Strong instructional design, measurement, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and executes enterprise leadership programming for high-potential executives.
• Facilitates learning experiences for executives and senior leaders with executive presence.
• Defines impact measures and ties outcomes to talent review cycles.
• Leads a team of ~5 professionals and partners with HR and business leaders.
