Job summary

Intuitive Machines is seeking a Talent Development Manager in Houston, TX to design, implement, and continually improve talent and leadership development strategies. You will partner with business leaders and HR to identify capability gaps and translate them into scalable development programs across the organization.

The role balances strategic design with hands‑on execution, shaping leadership capabilities and driving employee growth in a fast-paced, growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/OD/Business/Psychology or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management or L&D.
• Experience designing and implementing talent or leadership development programs.
• Experience supporting talent reviews, succession planning, or career development.
• Strong partnering with business leaders and HR professionals.
• Experience facilitating programs with leaders and employees.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with priorities and growth.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify critical capabilities and talent gaps.
• Build scalable talent practices across functions and levels.
• Translate business priorities into actionable development programs and initiatives.
• Evaluate existing talent programs and recommend improvements based on outcomes.
• Lead leadership development, career development, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational capability.
• Manage talent development programs from initial concept through implementation and measurement.
• Establish measures of effectiveness and use data to drive decisions.
• Partner with HR to ensure alignment with recruiting, performance, and workforce planning.
