Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking an experienced Program Manager for Leadership Development to lead, grow and execute organizational leadership programs that strengthen culture and capability across the company.

The role collaborates with the Sr. Manager of Talent Development and the Program Manager in Learning & Development, delivering end-to-end program design, analytics, and coaching experiences to leaders at all levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
8–9 years related experience in leadership development, organizational development, training, or related field.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise‑level initiatives in large, complex organizations.
Direct leadership and management experience preferred.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
Experience with learning technologies and software (LMS, video/tools).
Certification or training in behavioral and organizational development assessments (e.g. Hogan, Predictive Index, DISC, or other 360 assessments).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, manage and support leadership programs across the organization.
Own end‑to‑end management of development programs including implementation, evaluation and coordination.
Develop and facilitate leadership learning sessions and workshops.
Lead recruitment, nomination, selection and onboarding for development programs.
Manage program documentation, tracking and budget.
Communicate offerings, strategy and impact data to inform people strategies.
