the company seeks a Senior Leadership Development Manager to identify critical future skills, design innovative learning experiences, and ensure our People Managers, especially directors, continuously develop capabilities to win in a fast-changing environment.

You will design, build, and scale learning experiences that reinforce our values, serve customers, and strengthen culture while accelerating performance. This role sits in CTD and drives culture-building programs.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years designing, delivering, and managing leadership development programs.
• Experience delivering strategic and tactical solutions in fast-paced, high-change environments, preferably in SaaS.
• Ability to design and scale development experiences for directors, senior directors, executives, and other experienced leaders.
• Adept at needs assessments and data analysis to drive priorities and measure impact.
• Excellent learner experience, instructional, and program design across multiple delivery formats.
• Expert facilitation and deep leadership development expertise.
• Experience designing for behavior change and scalable delivery models.
• Strong written and verbal communication and project management skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate scalable leadership development experiences for people managers and directors.
• Lead the director-level leadership development program for 500+ leaders, with scalable enrollment, accountability, and measurement.
• Conduct needs assessments aligned with business objectives and People Team initiatives.
• Extend learning beyond the classroom through practice, reflection, and real-work application; promote manager accountability.
• Establish measurement across participation, completion, learner experience, and business impact; analyze data and recommend actions.
• Manage concurrent projects and stakeholder relationships with clear ownership, timelines, and risk management.
• Partner with IT and People Team to scale AI-supported coaching and tech-enabled development experiences for diverse audiences.
