Breakthru Beverage Group in New York, NY, seeks a Sr. Director, Talent & People Analytics to lead enterprise talent strategies, oversee performance, succession, and workforce analytics, and partner with HR leaders to strengthen leadership pipelines and workforce readiness.

This role builds governance, dashboards, and processes to translate data into actionable plans, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture while guiding leadership development and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Human Resources, Talent Management, People Analytics or related area.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in a matrixed organization.
• Strong communications and ability to drive programs in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills.
• Experience leading enterprise talent programs and advising senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise talent and people strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Provide strategic oversight on performance, talent, succession, and analytics.
• Develop and lead the Talent & People Analytics team.
• Own annual performance management, talent review, and succession processes.
• Use data to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Establish dashboards, data governance, and analytic frameworks.
• Create communications, training materials, and leader resources.
