Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Manager, Talent & People Analytics to lead talent programs and people analytics with hands-on Workday reporting and dashboard development. You will translate people data into actionable insights for HR and business leaders, partnering with HR to analyze workforce trends and deliver data-driven recommendations.

The role requires strong Workday reporting, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, plus experience applying AI/ML concepts to talent analytics and executive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial psychology, HR, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, People Analytics, or HR Reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Workday reporting, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and workforce data analysis.
Ability to translate analytics into business insights.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, including data visualization and storytelling.
Experience applying AI, ML, and predictive analytics to talent analytics initiatives.
Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
Sound judgment, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions leveraging Workday and other data sources.
Deliver actionable insights, predictive analyses, and strategic recommendations for talent decisions.
Create executive-level talent presentations using PowerPoint design and storytelling.
Support HR with ad hoc performance, talent analytics-related projects and initiatives.
