Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sr. Director, Talent & People Analytics based in NY, NY.

You will lead the development and execution of talent strategies that strengthen organizational performance, leadership capability, and workforce readiness. You will oversee talent management, performance management, employee engagement, people analytics, succession planning, and workforce planning, translating insights into scalable solutions aligned with Breakthru’s priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, People Analytics, or related area, including leading enterprise talent programs and advising senior leaders.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in a matrixed organization.
• Strong communications skills, and the ability to drive programs and results in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enterprise talent and people strategies aligned with Breakthru’s priorities.
• Provide strategic oversight across performance management, talent management, succession planning, and people analytics.
• Lead and develop the Talent & People Analytics team, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Own design and governance of annual performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes.
• Use workforce data to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvements.
