Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Manager, Talent & People Analytics to manage talent programs and lead people analytics initiatives. You will perform hands-on Workday reporting and build dashboards that translate people data into actionable HR insights for leaders.

The role partners closely with Human Resources to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide insights that inform performance and talent strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial psychology, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, People Analytics, or HR Reporting.
• Advanced Workday reporting capabilities with dashboards and calculated fields.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable business insights.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data visualization and storytelling.
• Experience applying AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to talent analytics.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Strong judgment, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions using Workday and other data sources.
• Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations for talent decisions.
• Prepare executive-level talent presentations with advanced PowerPoint visuals.
• Lead end-to-end talent programs, performance cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate to improve reporting capabilities, data access, and tools across the business.
• Support ad hoc analytics projects to drive business growth and people objectives.
