CVS Health is seeking a Sales Performance Analytics Leader to transform an analytics team into a strategic, outcome‑oriented capability that executives rely on for decisions. You will set vision, drive adoption, and partner with sales leaders across the commercial environment.

You will own the analytics product portfolio, build a trusted set of dashboards and insights, and guide governance, data quality, and responsible AI adoption to deliver measurable business impact.

Formación

• 8+ years in sales analytics or related decision-support function.
• Hands-on analytics, BI, data engineering, dashboards, or analytics product management.
• Proven people leadership, building a high-performance analytics team.
• Experience rationalizing portfolios by value, usage, and effort.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders, define KPIs, and drive actions.
• Knowledge of health care, insurance, or a large matrix organization.
• Technical fluency in Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, cloud platforms, AI analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary analytics team and set clear expectations.
• Move the team from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-led decisions.
• Own analytics product portfolio; prioritize high-impact dashboards and insights.
• Partner with senior leaders to define decisions analytics must enable and KPIs.
• Ensure dashboards and forecasts are timely, accurate, and trusted for planning.
• Establish intake, governance, and success measures balancing ops and strategy.
• Define adoption, data quality, and business impact measures for product improvement.
• Lead change management and communicate the case for change to stakeholders.
• Oversee DataMart and analytics ecosystem with data architecture and controls.
• Represent analytics to executives with clear insights, risks, and tradeoffs.
