The role emphasizes building credible analytics products, governance, and adoption metrics while integrating AI-enabled analytics within a large healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales analytics or related function
• Hands-on experience in BI, data products, or analytics
• Proven people leadership in a change-focused team
• Ability to prioritize and rationalize analytics portfolio
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and define KPIs
• Knowledge of healthcare or insurance environment
• Fluent in Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, cloud platforms, and AI analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary analytics team
• Move from reactive reporting to proactive insight-led decisions
• Own analytics product portfolio and roadmap
• Partner with senior leaders to define KPIs and dashboards
• Ensure dashboards, forecasts, analytics are accurate and trusted
• Establish governance and success measures for adoption
• Define measures for adoption, data quality, and impact
• Lead change management and communicate rationale to stakeholders
• Oversee DataMart and analytics ecosystem with data architecture
• Represent analytics to executives clearly
