Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Learning Experience and Platforms to provide strategic leadership for the enterprise learning experience and the LMS technology ecosystem.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 6+ years of experience in learning technology, learning experience, HR technology, digital platforms, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading or playing a significant role in an enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and partners.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for the enterprise learning experience and the technology ecosystem enabling learning across the organization.
• Lead strategy, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the LMS and broader learning technology portfolio.
• Monitor emerging learning technologies, including AI, automation, personalization, skills technologies, and learning analytics.
• Lead major learning technology transformations: LMS evaluation, selection, implementation, migration, integration, and optimization.
• Partner with Learning, Technology, Procurement, stakeholders, vendors, and partners to translate requirements into technology solutions.
