Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks an Associate Director of Learning Experience and Platforms to lead strategic direction for the enterprise LMS and learning technology portfolio.

You will oversee governance, administration, and continuous improvement, shaping a scalable, accessible learning ecosystem across the organization. You will drive build, buy, and partner decisions, evaluate platforms, and manage learning technology modernization while aligning with learner needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in learning technology, learning experience, HR technology, digital platforms, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading an enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the enterprise learning experience and LMS ecosystem.
• Set standards for simple, accessible, scalable learning experiences and evaluate platforms.
• Monitor emerging learning technologies, including AI, automation, and analytics.
• Lead LMS evaluation, implementation, migration, integration, and optimization projects.
• Partner with Learning, Technology, Procurement, stakeholders, vendors, and partners to translate requirements into solutions.
