Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Learning Experience and Platforms to provide strategic leadership for the enterprise learning environment and technology ecosystem.

You will oversee LMS strategy, governance, and the broader learning tech portfolio, ensuring a simple, accessible, and scalable learner experience. The role requires strong strategic thinking, 6+ years in learning technology, and 2+ years of management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years in learning technology or HR/digital platforms.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience with enterprise LMS implementations or migrations.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex ecosystems.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and administration of the LMS and learning technology portfolio.
• Lead build, buy, and partner decisions; evaluate platforms based on learner and business needs.
• Monitor emerging learning technologies including AI, automation, analytics.
• Identify opportunities to improve learner experience and value of learning tech investments.
• Lead major learning tech transformations: LMS evaluation, selection, implementation, migration, integration, optimization.
• Partner with Learning, Technology, Procurement and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
