Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Learning Experience and Platforms to lead the enterprise LMS strategy and learning technology portfolio.

You will govern, administer, and continuously improve the LMS, ensuring a simple, accessible, and scalable learning journey for associates. You will evaluate platforms, lead major LMS transformations, and partner with Learning, Technology, Procurement, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions while balancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years in learning technology, learning experience, HR tech, or related disciplines
• 2+ years of management experience
• Experience leading an enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the LMS and learning tech portfolio
• Set standards for a simple, accessible, scalable learning experience
• Evaluate platforms and tools based on learner and business needs, integration, cost, and fit
• Monitor emerging learning technologies including AI, automation, analytics
• Oversee LMS evaluation, selection, implementation, migration, integration, and optimization
• Collaborate with Learning, Technology, Procurement, stakeholders, vendors, and partners
