Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Learning Experience and Platforms to lead the strategy and governance of the LMS and the wider learning technology portfolio. You will guide build, buy, and partner decisions, evaluating platforms by learner needs, cost, and strategic fit.

You will monitor emerging learning technologies, drive modernization, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, accessible learning solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in learning technology, learning experience, HR technology, or related fields.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the enterprise learning experience and LMS ecosystem.
• Govern and continuously improve learning platforms and technology portfolio.
• Lead or support LMS evaluation, implementation, migration, integration, and optimization.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into tech solutions.
• Balance current operations with modernization of learning technology.
