Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in learning technology, learning experience, HR technology or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise LMS implementations or platform transformations.
• Experience with Cornerstone or Docebo (or comparable platforms).
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
