Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Learning Experience and Platforms to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of the LMS and related learning technologies.

You will guide build/buy decisions, evaluate platforms, and align learning strategy with business needs across the enterprise. You will oversee major learning tech transformations, collaborate with stakeholders, and promote modernization while ensuring accessibility and scalability for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in learning technology, learning experience, HR technology, digital platforms, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading or participating in an enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise learning experience and LMS technology portfolio.
• Set standards for simple, accessible, and scalable learning experiences.
• Lead or support LMS evaluations, implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with Learning, Technology, Procurement, and vendors to translate requirements into tech solutions.
• Monitor emerging learning technologies and analytics to improve learner experience and ROI.
