Job summary

Humana seeks an Associate Director, Learning Experience and Platforms to guide the LMS and learning technology portfolio. You will establish standards for a scalable, accessible experience and lead strategy, governance, and migration efforts across the enterprise.

You will partner with Learning, Technology, Procurement, and vendors to balance today’s operations with modernization, driving measurable learner value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in learning technology or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading LMS implementations or migrations.
• Experience with Cornerstone or Docebo platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise tech platforms and complex digital ecosystems.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the enterprise LMS and learning tech portfolio.
• Set standards for a simple, accessible, scalable learning experience.
• Lead or support LMS implementations, migrations, and platform transformations.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into tech solutions.
• Monitor emerging learning technologies and improve learner value.
