Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Learning Experience and Platforms to lead the strategy and governance of the enterprise LMS and broader learning technology portfolio.

You will oversee evaluation, selection, and optimization of platforms, balancing learner needs with business objectives and cost considerations. You will monitor emerging learning technologies, drive modernization, and align learning strategy with technology, analytics, and partnerships across the organization.

Formación

• Experience in learning technology, LMS platforms, or HR tech.
• Experience leading enterprise LMS implementations or migrations.
• Ability to manage complex digital ecosystems and multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the LMS and learning tech portfolio.
• Set standards for learner experience and scalable learning solutions.
• Evaluate platforms, tools, and partners for fit, cost, and value.
• Collaborate with Learning, Technology, Procurement, vendors, and partners to translate requirements into solutions.
