Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director to lead the learning experience and LMS portfolio. The role shapes strategy, governance, and administration of learning technologies to deliver scalable, accessible learning across the enterprise.

You will monitor emerging learning tech, evaluate platforms, and drive modernization while partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years in learning technology, HR tech, or related domains.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience with enterprise LMS implementations or platform migrations.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to lead complex technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
