Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Learning Experience and Platforms to lead the strategy and governance of the LMS and the broader learning technology portfolio. You will drive platform evaluation, selection, and optimization, balancing learner needs with business goals across a remote work model.

The role requires 6+ years in learning technology, leadership experience, and hands-on LMS transformation initiatives, with travel to Louisville, KY as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6 or more years of experience learning technology, learning experience, HR technology, digital platforms, or related disciplines
• 2 or more years of management experience
• Experience leading or playing a significant role in an enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and partners
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the LMS and broader learning technology portfolio
• Establish standards that create a simple, consistent, accessible, and scalable learning experience
• Evaluate platforms and tools based on learner and business needs, capabilities, integration, utilization, cost, and fit
• Monitor emerging learning technologies such as AI, automation, personalization, and learning analytics
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions and drive modernization
