Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Learning Experience and Platforms to shape the strategy and governance of our LMS and related learning technologies.

You will drive modernization across the ecosystem, balance operational stewardship with ongoing innovation, and partner with Learning, Technology, Procurement, and business stakeholders. This remote role may require occasional travel to Louisville, KY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 6 or more years of experience learning technology, learning experience, HR technology, digital platforms, or related disciplines
• 2 or more years of management experience
• Experience leading or playing a significant role in an enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and partners
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for the enterprise LMS and learning tech portfolio.
• Establish standards for a simple, accessible, scalable learning experience.
• Monitor emerging learning technologies including AI and analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions.
