Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of Financial Center Managers and Relationship Managers. You will drive client experience, deepen client relationships, and ensure operational excellence at market and financial center levels.

You will lead process improvements, manage budgets, coach staff, and collaborate across the organization to deliver results while complying with legal requirements. Weekend/extended hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales/bank operations and leading a team or completed Market Leadership Development Program
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and partners
• Compliant with laws and regulations and able to manage risk
