Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelors in pharmacy from an accredited college is required.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license in residence state, with potential reciprocity in 4 months if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty concepts into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings and quarterly business reviews as the specialty network expert.
• Oversee client support processes and ensure timely, accurate responses to inquiries.
• Manage specialty client initiatives from ideation to implementation with project discipline.
• Develop scalable workflows and ensure regulatory compliance across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial plans, and state programs.
• Lead and develop a team of specialty client support staff.
