Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to lead specialty client support and network contracting initiatives.

The role requires strategic thinking, deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy, PBM operations, and state/federal regulatory awareness, with responsibility for coaching a growing team and delivering scalable, compliant solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license required in residence state.
• 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist required.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring staff.
• Experience with PBM or Managed Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialty pharmacy clinical expertise and client-facing guidance on contracting and network strategy.
• Participate in client meetings and RFP support to present network recommendations.
• Lead management of escalations related to access, reimbursement, and formulary issues.
• Oversee specialty client support processes and ensure timely, accurate responses across departments.
• Develop and maintain project plans, policies, and scalable workflows for client customization and regulatory compliance.
• Manage specialty contracts and ensure obligations are understood and met.
