Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Specialty Network Contracting to join our team.

This senior leadership role oversees specialty client support, network strategy, and contracting activities, translating complex concepts into actionable client guidance. The position requires strategic thinking, project management discipline, and deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy, PBM operations, and regulatory requirements to drive client satisfaction and compliant, cost-effective network

Qualifications

• Education: PharmD degree or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required.
• Licensure: Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence, or the ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months.
• Experience: 4+ years as a licensed Pharmacist; 3+ years leading staff; 1+ year PBM/Managed Care; experience with REMS and LDPs; vendor management or accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex specialty concepts into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, QBRs, RFPs, and presentations as the network expert.
• Oversee specialty client support processes and service standards.
